REFUNDS POLICY
All sales are final. If any refunds are made, it is at our discretion. If a refund is offered, the items must be returned in their unopened packaging. As a bespoke product, we will not issue refunds if a customer changes their mind regarding their desire to keep the product.

As a bespoke product refunds are only payable if the print is faulty, if the issue is with image quality then no refund will be given. We will advise on any image quality issues prior to print.
The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Individual images submitted by dog owners and by our charity partners will remain the copyright of their respective owners. By submitting the images via the submission form located here, you agree that you provide The Big Bark podcast and associated owners and designers with permission to use these images within our 2025 calendar and any of the purposefully designed social media images, graphics and press images for this campaign.
In accessing the website, you agree that you do so only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not agree to, permit or assist in any way any third party to copy, reproduce, download, post, store (including in any other web site), distribute, transmit, broadcast, commercially exploit or modify in any way the material or content or for any other purpose without THE BIG BARK PODCAST’s prior written permission.

THE BIG BARK PODCAST reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online and it is your responsibility to refer to and comply with these terms on accessing the site. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions as modified.
1.10 Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
Terms & Conditions on calendar photo submissions & Pre-orders
1: Photo submissions for inclusion & corresponding requirements for submissions:
All individuals submitting images for inclusion in THE BIG BARK PODCAST charity calendar campaign commit to the purchase of a minimum of 1 calendar as part of their obligation to take part in this campaign. Should an individual who submits any individual images for inclusion fail to commit to either pre-order a calendar item or guarantee a commitment to do so at a later date, their images will be automatically removed without warning or explanation from the campaign. Should an individual commit to order a calendar, while knowing that their dogs have been included in the calendar and fail to do so before Sunday 17th of December, their dogs will automatically be excluded from all future editions of our calendar.
The Irish Dog Calendar calendar campaign is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
2: Limit of Liability from third party providers:
THE BIG BARK PODCAST is not responsible for the availability or content of any third party providers including but not limited to Printer providers, Postage providers such as An Post or third party courier services, sponsors of the Calendar item or the charity partners. Items misplaced or lost by An Post or third party courier services are not the responsibility of The Big Bark. We will not provide any refund for any items lost in transit.
THE BIG BARK PODCAST is not responsible for any damage, loss or offence caused by or, in connection with, any content, advertising, products, services or information provided by third party providers.
3) THE BIG BARK PODCAST CONDITIONS OF SALE:
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to and govern any contract between The Big Bark Podcast and the Customer to the exclusion of any conditions contained on or in any order form letter, receipt, acknowledgement, or any other document emanating from the Customer and no variation of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless expressly agreed by The Big Bark Podcast in writing.
The calendar is available for purchase by residents of the republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. Sales will not be accepted from any other country. Similarly there shall be no shipping of goods by THE BIG BARK PODCAST to any country, other than Ireland. Any orders which are for the purpose of shipping to countries other than Ireland will be cancelled without notice and an automatic refund will be made without notice or explanation.
If a customer wishes to purchase a calendar for overseas shipment, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to arrange shipping for overseas delivery. Please do not ask for overseas shipment as refusal may offend.
4) PRICING
All of our prices quoted on our website are subject to confirmation at time of order. All quotes given verbally or in writing are subject to change on production of the calendar.
5) PAYMENT METHODS:
All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. Payment must be made via Debit card/Credit card through our designated website santapaws.dogcalendar.ie. No cash payment or alternative payment method will be offered. Under no circumstances will we facilitate a cash on delivery payment method. It is advised that you do not request this as refusal can offend.
6) PAYMENT TERMS
The terms and conditions of payment will, in the absence of a negotiated variance, be Payment in full at time of placing order. Failure to effect payment, as due, will result in suspension of deliveries without prejudice to any other remedy which The Big Bark Podcast may have.
7) TITLE OF GOODS
Title of all goods supplied by The Big Bark Podcast shall belong to The Big Bark Podcast until The Big Bark Podcast has received full payment in respect thereof.
8) QUALITY ASSURANCE
Goods supplied by The Big Bark Podcast failing to equal the specifications as stipulated will be replaced or a refund of the purchase will be made at the discretion of The Big Bark Podcast subject to the following:
- The goods must be returned to The Big Bark Podcast by the customer, at the customers cost
- The goods must have been used in accordance with the product capabilities.
- No refund will under any circumstances exceed the purchase price paid for such goods by the customer to The Big Bark Podcast.
- All goods must be inspected on receipt & any mistakes or damage reported to The Big Bark Podcast within 5 working days. The Big Bark Podcast will not accept liability after this time.
9) CONTRACT
The contract between The Big Bark Podcast and the Customer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the jurisdiction of residence of The Big Bark Podcast.
10) FORCE MAJEURE
Every effort will be made to carry out the contract but it’s due performance is subject to cancellation by The Big Bark Podcast or to such variation as it may find necessary as a result of inability to secure labour, materials or supplies or as a result of any Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout or other labour dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought, Legislation or other cause (whether of the foregoing class or not) beyond The Big Bark Podcast’s control. The Big Bark Podcast will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from failed or late deliveries.
